2. Data we process

• Your TikTok open ID and display name, received when you authorize the app (scope user.info.basic).
• OAuth2 access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok.
• The video files you approve for sending (scope video.upload).

We do not read your messages, contacts, location or payment data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to send the videos you approved to your TikTok drafts, on the basis of your consent and of the service agreed with the studio (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

4. Where tokens are stored

Tokens are stored on systems controlled by CyberZec, including a server hosted by OVH, and are accessible only to the operator. They are sent only to TikTok, over encrypted connections, and never appear on this website.

5. Retention

Tokens are kept while the connection is active. Video files are kept for as long as the work requires. After you revoke access or ask for deletion, we delete tokens and related data within 30 days.

6. Recipients

TikTok receives the videos you send. OVH provides hosting. We share data with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

7. Revoking access

You can revoke access in the TikTok app settings, under the authorized apps section, or by writing to info@cyberzec.it.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise them, write to info@cyberzec.it.

9. This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The hosting server may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.
